With 35 years as a strategic partner in leadership development, J. Victor McGuire, Ph.D. supports organizations and leaders to elevate their talent for extraordinary growth and outcomes. Victor is exceptional at guiding individuals to understand their personal and professional strengths and leading them to achieve their fullest potential. His experience partnering with organizations to support their talent ranges from high-tech to manufacturing, international retail companies, and Fortune 100 businesses including highly recognized brands in several industries.
Victor was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to study history, politics, and educational systems in South Africa. His expertise includes supporting organizations to develop and support their BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) Talent to greater levels of success and contribution to the organizations’ success. His clients range from C-suite executives to emerging leaders and across all industries.
In addition to leading, Coach Like Leadership experience , Victor is also the founder of the non-profit organization, Coaching for Everyone, focused on offering coach training to the unrepresentative populations. He is a Certified Professional Co-active coach and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach.
